ABOUT LINDA ...

Linda S. Fogarty practiced law for over 25 years until she captured children’s imaginations in her first picture book, A Moose on the Loose followed by her award nominated book, The Littlest Firefly.  She writes her stories in her house in the woods outside St. Louis, Missouri where she lives with her husband, three daughters and her son.  Linda visits with children around her community and around the country to inspire them to read and write their own stories.

Linda’s writings bring wonder, discovery and empowerment to children through a lovable moose or a persistent firefly.  Layered learning concepts, strategies, tools and techniques accompany all of Linda’s books creating the basis for greater connection between parents/adults and children through reading, learning and playing.
